Unassuming door opens up to a super sleek wellness, relaxation haven - a total escape from city life. The private ice baths are really lush and huge saunas great for post gym wind down. The owners are super friendly too and have done an amazing job at the fit out.

An absolute must. Great atmosphere, a great vibe but also relaxing. Run by a fantastic team who care about their business. Ice baths are cleaned regularly and kept in great condition. Located upstairs and a beautiful relaxing space.

Sól Saunas was an unreal experience. The sauna and ice bath setup is top-tier! Everything is spotless, well-designed, and clearly looked after. The temperature in both the sauna and ice bath was perfect, and you can tell they’ve really thought about the little details that make a big difference. The location is perfect too! easy to get to, plenty of parking, and the space has a calm, relaxing vibe as soon as you walk in. I left feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and genuinely reset. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

Unbelievable experience! This space is highly accessible and located right off Chapel St. I was blown away with this space - the attention to detail and care injected into this project is unmatched. Not to mention its tranquil & elegant environment, which makes it a perfect spot to relax and focus on your wellbeing. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone. Got a surprise when I walked through the doors. The space is massive and so well done. Felt super comfortable. Favourite wellness centre in Melbourne. The owners are two great blokes and very friendly. Will be back next week.
