A hidden gem well worth attending to recharge. I was fortunate enough to have received a free pass from an event I attended over the weekend, and I’m pleased I made the time to visit. Already looking forward to my next stay in Melbourne so I can come again - might be brave enough to try the cold plunge next time!

Cannot recommend this place enough. Great team, beautiful craftsmanship and design of the space. Felt completely safe, relaxed and welcomed throughout my experience. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The place was immaculate, peaceful, and calming. The reception staff were so kind and welcoming, and the whole sauna and ice bath session was awesome. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to relax and recharge!

The team at SOL have done an outstanding job of escaping the city or crowd by this tucked away, almost speakeasy sauna venue. The fit out is top notch and very well presented. You are quite blown away with the height of the ceiling and the space in general. The 2 saunas are side by side, with 5 ice tubs. 2 showers outside saunas to cool off if you don't want to brave the ice baths. The interior of the saunas are true to Swedish/Finnish saunas and i felt right at home. You'll feel super relaxed from entering, meeting the staff who are all lovely and chilled, they constantly clean the floors. It's super clean which to me is imporant. Go there, you won't look back.

Beautiful space, the saunas are a good temp and generously sized. Love the friendly and social vibe, made some friends chit chatting about the ice bath experiences. Love that there’s 5 ice baths together too so we can all laugh through the pain. The amenities are well kept and beautiful too, a very nice experience.

It was spacious and clean when I did it off peak 7am - one of my best sessions was this time, maybe I shouldn’t give it a high review cause more people might join, you know what, it wasn’t good don’t join at this time.

This place is my sanctuary. It gives me so much happiness and joy to come here every time. Completely improves my mood and overall well being. I’m a huge sauna fan and Sol has the best of the best, super hot and the aesthetic space is a real vibe! Love the owners great guys❤️

I had an amazing experience at Sol Sauna! The space is clean, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The combination of the sauna and ice bath was incredible. It was definitely a challenge stepping into the ice bath, but I felt so refreshed, energised, and clear headed afterwards. The sauna was the perfect way to relax, unwind, and recover, making the whole experience feel like the ultimate reset for both body and mind. The staff were so welcoming, and everything was well thought out, making it easy to enjoy the experience. If you’re looking to improve your recovery, boost your wellbeing, or simply try something different, I couldn’t recommend Sol Sauna enough. I’ll definitely be back! 🤍
