SÓL FAQ

SÓL is a moody space designed with the intention to bring people together:

  • Two social traditional saunas.
  • 5 Individual stainless steel cold plunge pools (7°C-10°C).
  • Rest area.
  • 5 private change rooms.
  • Water bottle, we have a lovely filtered water feature to fill up
  • Towel
  • Bathers

We keep the saunas between 75°C-85°C

Yes, 18 years old

We kindly ask no outdoor shoes in the wet areas, we have shoe racks provided to place shoes before entering the space. Sliders and thongs will be allowed in the studio space.
